Board of Directors
CRILF's national Board of
Directors is responsible for supervising the operation of the Institute. It
meets at least once a year and determines policy, sets priorities, and
generally oversees the management of the organization by the Executive
Director. In addition, it contributes the expertise of its individual members
on specific projects, suggests projects to be undertaken by the Institute,
and generally guides the Institute in the pursuit of its objectives. Between
meetings of the full Board of Directors, the business of the Institute is
directed by the Executive Committee.
The breadth of experience and interests of the members of the Board reflects
the aspirations of the Institute to be national in its perspective and to
engage in a variety of activities relating to law and the family.
