    The following resources offer excellent on-line starting points for those new to HTML. Start with Suzanne Stephens' Mega List.
      HTML Goodies
      A very useful arrangement of basic HTML tags and tutorials. Also a great site for beginning JAVA and JAVASCRIPT stuff.

      "Really Big" Complete Resource for All Web Builders
      The Really Big site offers HTML information, links to graphics sites, and also pointers to more advanced HTML topics.

      The Virtual Library of WWW Development
      A comprehensive illustrated encyclopedia of web technology. Includes tutorials, examples, and links to other great resources.

      The UserActive Web Site Developer's Center
      BrowserWare:  The Web Center is designed to enable aspiring web programmers to construct and host their web sites, to build and
      develop their programming skills, and to easily share, callborate, and communicate with a community of fellow web
      developers.

      The HTML Compendium Organization
      An extensive resource site with HTML coding information for attributes, rules, events, and so on.
