Spiritual Wellness

2010-11

The Heart is that within us that knows and loves and seeks to keep us fully in the flow of life. With an open heart we can relate more deeply to others, sense our connection with all that is, choose more wisely, and live more compassionately. The Heart is opened by the joy and suffering that are the stuff of daily life. It is kept open by spiritual practices.
