WUSC this week: First Meeting & Refugee Camp in the Heart of the City

Hi Everyone!
This week we're having the first 'official' meeting of the year, this Friday, Sept 26 at 5:30pm in Workroom 10 of the library.
Here is the tentative agenda for Friday:
1. Welcome and Introductions

4. Campaign for raising the Student Levee
5. National Assembly: Nov. 7-9

In addition if anyone is interested this weekend Doctors without Borders is putting on
a refugee camp display at Olympic Plaza. The details are below and I’d
like to put out an open invitation to everyone, a few of us were talking
about meeting at 2pm on Sunday, the 28th, to go through the display. Feel
free to join us at that time, especially if the Friday meeting time
doesn’t work for you, this is a great chance to talk informally about WUSC

Come discover this free, interactive, awareness-raising event organized by
Médecins Sans Frontières/ Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
The goal of the exhibit is to raise awareness about the plight of the
world’s 42 million refugees and internally displaced people (IDPs)
uprooted by war and conflict.
