１９９１年７月からカルガリー大学で教
ています。若い学生たちの勉強をお手
伝いしながら、日々の日本語を楽しん
でいます。                                    
 

「良い日、旅立ち（いいひ、たびだち）」
"On a sunny day, starting a journey."
I learnt this phrase when I was a 
student of Japanese in Beijing,      
and I was singing snatches of it to 
started one of my trips to rural     
Japan in 1985. Now, I am looking    
forward to the experience to        
Tokyo in May with an energetic     
group!
