Meeting participants must book their own accomodations. The Banff Centre has rooms available at reasonable rates; we have reserved blocks of double rooms (two queen beds) at the standard rate ($125 CAD/night + 11.2% taxes), and single rooms (one queen or king bed) at both the standard rate ($125 CAD/night + taxes) and superior rate ($175 CAD/night + taxes). Up to four people may share a room; an additional $20 CAD/night + taxes will be charged for each extra (3rd or 4th) conference delegate sharing a room; there is no additional charge for extra non-delegates. These rates are available from 3 days before the conference until 3 days after, subject to availability.

Please book your room as soon as possible! Each conference delegate must submit a separate reservation and must indicate the name of their roommate(s), if any. If a non-conference delegate is sharing a room, then only the conference delegate needs to submit a reservation and does not need to provide the names of the non-delegates on the reservation form. A credit card is required to make a reservation.
