Accused by Sanhedrin of
a) threatening the destruction of Temple.
b) claiming to be the Messiah.
Tried by Roman procurator Pontius Pilate for treason ("King of the Jews").
Crucifixion: Calvary (Jerusalem), 28-33 C.E.
Resurrection: Empty tomb.
